Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both parts of the question and maintain a clear focus: you identify health effects, reduced concentration and poorer work performance, then suggest regular sleep routines and fixed working hours. The example of a tired worker struggling to concentrate helps make the work-related problem relevant. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For instance, stress, effects on immunity and insomnia are listed without showing how lack of sleep leads to them, and the proposed fixed hours are not developed beyond saying they help people sleep on time. To strengthen the response, explain the consequences and solutions more fully, perhaps with a specific example of how a consistent schedule or reduced late-night work improves sleep.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on problems, a paragraph on solutions and a conclusion. Sequencing is easy to follow, and signposts such as “To begin with,” “Moreover,” “However” and “To conclude” guide the reader through the answer. This meets the lower-band expectations and shows some features of stronger progression. At times, however, the links feel formulaic, and connections between ideas are not always smooth. The sentence beginning “Due to which” is not properly attached to the previous point, while “As a result” introduces an unclear construction about performance and daily tasks. Use complete sentences and make references explicit, then vary linking methods by showing cause and effect directly rather than relying mainly on transition words.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “immune system,” “productivity,” “poor concentration” and “working hours,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more specific terms, such as “insomnia.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the phrasing awkward: “realted,” “resloved,” “frustation,” “shuffling” and “perfer” are examples. Some combinations are also unnatural, including “give their availability for fixed working hours” and “betterment for their lives.” Aim for accurate spelling and natural collocations, and choose precise expressions such as “maintain a consistent schedule” or “work fixed shifts.” This would make your vocabulary more controlled and flexible.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including cause-and-effect structures with “which” and “As a result,” and the overall meaning remains clear. However, some grammatical errors recur in agreement, articles and sentence construction. For example, “It cause stress” should be “It causes stress,” and “the person who do not have enough sleep” needs “does.” The opening also needs an article in “the majority of individuals,” while “Due to which” is a fragment in this context. In “This will help them to work properly and can sleep on time,” the subject of the second verb is unclear. Check subject–verb agreement and ensure each clause has a clear subject and complete structure.
