In recent years, most of the people facing problems to get enough sleeep. whereas, alot of side effects occurred without getting a plenty of sleep. This essay will discuss problems and solutions in ucpcomming paragraph.
The major problem of not getting proper sleep is laziness and stress. To elaborate it, in today era lack of employement people should need to work for earn money so they are doing shifts as much as they can for diffrent works. Moreover, some of them work from home during the holidays which is more effective tto sleep. For example, in canada people facing lack of sleep difficulties to earn money. Consequently, government should make some rules to work for limited hours per day.
Another significant problem is getting sick due to lack of sleep. In other words, nowadays people getting plenty of diseases due to less sleep such as fever, mentaly upset, cold flu and anxiety. Furthermore, people getting mad day by day and losing their good health due to sleep because some of them are working more than 18 hours per days. As they have alot of responisiblties of home their daily routine. For instance, in pakistan people are working hard to earn money even they do not have their own lands to build home. Hence, people should aware about their health and think about future life to live long.
To conclude, although due to lack of unemployement people are facing health issues working for long hours and no geting proper sleep. I believe that government shoukd make rules to prevent this problem.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question by identifying effects such as stress, illness and anxiety, and proposing government limits on working hours. These are relevant ideas, and the examples about long shifts help connect sleep loss with work pressures. However, the response only partially develops the task: the causes and effects are sometimes mixed together, and the solutions are not explored sufficiently. For example, “people should aware about their health” is a general recommendation rather than a clear, practical measure, while the government rule is mentioned briefly without explaining how it would help people sleep more. Develop each problem and give specific, explained solutions, such as protecting rest periods or improving sleep routines.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” “For instance” and “Hence” show an effort to connect ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the first body paragraph moves from laziness and stress to employment, working from home and a government rule without clearly explaining the links. Some transitions are also mechanical, and references such as “this problem” in the conclusion do not specify which causes or effects are being summarised. Organise each paragraph around one main point, then explain it and give a directly relevant example. Use fewer linking phrases where the relationship between ideas is already clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “lack of sleep,” “stress,” “diseases,” “anxiety” and “limited hours.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning difficult to follow. Phrases such as “more effective tto sleep,” “lack of unemployement” and “plenty of diseases” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors, including “sleeep,” “diffrent” and “responisiblties,” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of expressions for causes, effects and remedies, and check spelling carefully. For example, use “work long shifts,” “experience health problems” and “set limits on working hours” rather than less natural combinations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning “although,” “because” and “as.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. For example, “most of the people facing problems” lacks a finite verb, while “people should need to work for earn money” has problems with modal construction and verb form. There are also recurring issues with articles, agreement and sentence structure, as in “people getting plenty of diseases” and “As they have alot of responisiblties of home their daily routine.” Practise forming complete subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses while checking verb forms and punctuation.
