Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both parts of the question and maintain a relevant focus. The effects section identifies fatigue, reduced concentration and performance, dizziness, and lower productivity; the solutions section proposes a regular sleep schedule and avoiding screens before bed. These are appropriate ideas, but some are not fully explained. For example, you mention increased blood pressure and tinnitus without showing how these affect daily life, and the advice to take naps in the conclusion is not developed in the main discussion. To strengthen the response, explain the consequences and solutions with clearer cause-and-effect reasoning or a specific example, and ensure the conclusion reinforces the solutions already discussed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on problems, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Also,” and “Therefore” help signal relationships between ideas. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The opening repeats the task questions rather than establishing a focused direction, and the effects paragraph moves from concentration to blood pressure and tinnitus without a clear progression. The phrase “One of another main problem” also makes the transition difficult to follow. Group related effects together and use clearer topic sentences and references so each paragraph develops one central point smoothly.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a reasonable range of topic-related vocabulary, including “fatigued,” “concentration,” “blood pressure,” “sleeping schedule,” and “productive.” Some attempts at more specific language, such as “pulsatile tinnitus,” show ambition, but several choices or spellings are inaccurate and can distract the reader: “anough,” “dezziness,” “fixinf,” and “suck as.” There are also awkward collocations, including “hectic dizziness” and “serious sleeping schedule,” while “popular topics” is not the most natural way to describe a widespread concern. Aim for accurate, natural combinations and check spelling carefully; precise everyday vocabulary is more effective than technical terms used uncertainly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional clause (“When a person does not get…”) and a sentence explaining a consequence with “therefore.” The main ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “sleeping difficulties is” has subject–verb disagreement, “he wakes up fatigued and lose concentration” shifts agreement, and “people … lose energy and be less productive” uses an incorrect verb form. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention: “What can be done…” begins with a lowercase letter, and “tinnitus. which may…” incorrectly separates a sentence. Review agreement, parallel verb forms, and punctuation, then proofread each sentence for a complete and correctly connected structure.
