Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing in response to your letter regarding cookery course at university.

I completed my graduation in Hotel Management, therefore, to develop my skills and for better career opportunities I enrolled myself in a cookery course.

The length of the course is two years and the teachers are highly skilled in cooking. Moreover, in the first year, students learn from basic to intermediate culinary skills such as how to use the burner. On the other hand, the second year of the course teach learners how to cook creative and delicious food.

As this university is one of the prominent universities in the city, it helps students with the placements after the completion of course. Unlike other institutes, it helps students with loans if they would like to start their own business.

There are many ways to apply for this course. For instance, you can apply online through their admission portal or you can submit a form in person. If you register my name under the recommendation section, they will offer you extra 10% discount.
