To commence with, i have done office administration which is a one year course and the fees of this whole programm is almost $20,000 for international and $10,000 for local students which you can pay in four terms. work placements are included in this course which means you would have chance to secure your job there and earn real time hands on experience.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The candidate addresses all parts of the prompt clearly and appropriately for a general training letter to a friend. You provide specific details regarding the course, noting that it is a one-year office administration program with a tuition fee of $20,000 for international students and $10,000 for local students, payable in four terms. You successfully explain recommendations for the university by highlighting the experienced staff, nearby hostels, and convenient weekend access to computer labs and libraries. Furthermore, you give practical advice on how to apply through the college website and suggest contacting student services if needed. The tone is suitably informal and friendly throughout, meeting all requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is generally coherent and follows a logical structure appropriate for a personal correspondence. Paragraphing is utilised adequately, with distinct paragraphs dedicated to the greeting, course details, college recommendations, application advice, and sign-off. However, there are some mechanical transitions, such as 'To commence with' and 'Apart form this', which feel slightly formal or awkward for a letter to a friend. Cohesive devices are generally manageable, although referencing and linking could flow more naturally. Overall, the organization supports clear progression of ideas from start to finish.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, successfully communicating key concepts such as 'tuition fees', 'work placements', 'hands-on experience', and 'student services'. However, there are several spelling and word-choice errors, including 'programm' instead of program, 'liberary' instead of library, and 'travell for long hour' instead of traveling for long hours. You also used informal shortcuts like 'i' instead of 'I'. While these do not impede communication, they reflect a limited control over spelling and precision, placing this response firmly in the mid-range for lexical resource.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an ability to construct a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional and relative clauses like '...which means you would have chance to secure your job there...' and '...so you do not have to travell for long hour.' However, grammatical accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent minor errors involving articles, prepositions, and verb tenses, such as 'i have done office administration' instead of 'I took office administration', 'search for an college site' instead of 'search for a college site', and punctuation issues including missing capitalization for the pronoun 'I' and at the beginning of sentences. Despite these errors, meaning remains clear throughout the letter.
