Dear Chris,

I hope you are doing well and this letter finds you in high spirits and health. I write to give you some advice about university course you want to apply in.

Firstly, i did the course related to enhance my cooking skills because I want to work in food service job. It is really useful and heplful for my career. In this course I learn many things such as how to make different kinds of dishes as well as how to treat custmor and team work, apart from that, I also learnt how to handle difficult situation under presure.

The most important thing that's why I recommend you this university is the all teachers are very friendly and alyways willing to help students. Moreover, they also teach some neccesary things which are beneficial for future. Furthermore, the course fees is cheper in this university.
