Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this modern era, It is part and parcel to get holiday from busy escape of life. However, it is a debatable topic that few people will select to go on holiday in their own country rather than spend their holiday in overseas. I am disagree with this viewpoint.
Primary reason of spending holiday in abroad, it brodens the ability to think and to live independent. To eleborate it, if a person will spend holiday in aboard, they have more opportunities to explore the world. Individual can know more regarding the culture, tradition, languages of other one's. Besides, with the help of overseas, a person will develop their career and boost more confidance. For instance, personally, when I was in india, I don't have more opportunities in terms of study as well as careers as some cities of india does not have that courses that I wanted to do that's the reason I choose canada and after study I got a better job and now getting more income than i think I could make in my own country.
However, choosing holiday in overseas will be helpful in terms of relaxing mind and meet with new friends.
On the contrary, it's a person choice how they are selective while spending holidays in their own country. some of just will prefer to stay with their families and want to spend quality time with their loved ones. Other may love to consume their time while reading books.
In my standpoint, future is unpredictable but as far as I think, folks would love to go on holidays in overseas than in their own country because of many advantages. To wrap it, in my experience, majority of people will love to explore every nook and corner of the world so because overseas experience are worthwhile and people will love to make most of the best memories in their lifetime.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the introduction and conclusion: you disagree that people will increasingly holiday at home, and you predict that overseas travel will remain more attractive. You give relevant reasons, including exposure to other cultures and opportunities to meet people, and the personal example about moving from India to Canada adds detail. However, that example mainly concerns education and career opportunities rather than holiday choices, so its connection to the question is not fully explained. The point about relaxing and making friends is also brief, while the opposing view about spending time with family is not weighed against your position. Develop holiday-specific reasons and explain how each supports your prediction.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “However,” “On the contrary” and “To wrap it” make the broad structure visible. Nevertheless, progression between ideas is uneven. The first body paragraph shifts from overseas holidays to career development and then to a personal migration story, which interrupts the argument about future holiday preferences. The sentence beginning “However, choosing holiday in overseas” introduces relaxation and friendship but is not clearly connected to the preceding point or developed as a separate argument. Some linking phrases are repetitive or do not express the relationship accurately. Organise each paragraph around one clear reason, then use references and transitions that show how the example supports it.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “culture,” “tradition,” “opportunities,” “quality time” and “explore every nook and corner.” These choices help communicate your main ideas, but the range is not consistently controlled: several phrases are unnatural or imprecise, such as “busy escape of life,” “spend their holiday in overseas” and “boost more confidance.” Spelling errors such as “brodens,” “eleborate” and “confidance” also reduce accuracy. Some expressions, including “In my standpoint” and “make most of the best memories,” do not sound natural in this context. Build a more reliable set of collocations for travel and holidays, and check spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You try to use both simple and longer sentences, including conditional and subordinate structures, but complex sentences are often faulty and errors occur frequently enough to make some passages difficult to follow. For example, “Primary reason of spending holiday in abroad, it brodens…” lacks a complete, correctly formed opening clause, while “if a person will spend holiday in aboard, they have…” has an inconsistent conditional structure. There are also problems with articles, agreement and sentence boundaries, as in “some cities of india does not have that courses.” Capitalisation and punctuation are inconsistent, particularly at sentence starts and around the long personal example. Practise forming complete clauses and controlling tense, agreement and punctuation in longer sentences.
