Student answer (Band 6.5)
In upcoming years, many people will prefer to go on vacation in their own country instead of enjoying vacation in foreign country. I strongly agree to this statement. My opinion is justified in following paragraphs.
Discussing my opinion, the foremost one reason I shall put forward is that, affordable and comfortable travel. By this I mean that people can travel within their own country by spending less money on transportation and accommodation. Furthermore, domestic travel is more convenient because it does not involve visa fees. Sometime the huge amount fees are not afford by my middle class family, so they prefer to travel domestically.
Additionally, destination travel in their own country can save much time of individuals. For instance, there are no visa requirements, immigration checks or long international flights journey. This take long time to reach the destination. Moreover, people can learn more about their culture, history, language and regional cuisines during travelling there own country.
On Other hand, many people like to enjoying vacation in abroad. Firstly they argue that People are fascinated by famous landmarks. Many human kind want to see iconic attraction such as Nigra falls in canada that are not available in their own country. secondly to broaden their perspective about international life.
All in all, it can be said that person are attracted to enjoy vacations in foreign country for exploring beautiful attraction. However my argument prove that people will enjoy Spending vacation in their own country because of transpotation and accommodation costs are generally Low and get allow people to explore more place.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. The arguments regarding cost and convenience are relevant, though the development is somewhat limited. For example, the point about 'visa fees' is a good practical observation, but the explanation of why people might prefer international travel is less developed. The essay covers all parts of the task, but the supporting ideas could be expanded with more specific examples or deeper analysis to reach a higher band. The conclusion effectively summarizes the main points, ensuring the position remains consistent.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore', 'Additionally', and 'On Other hand' are used to link ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as the transition 'On Other hand' which lacks the necessary article. Referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be smoother. The paragraphing is appropriate, and the overall progression of the argument is easy to follow, despite some minor issues with the mechanical application of linking words.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'accommodation', 'immigration checks', and 'iconic attraction'. However, there are several errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'huge amount fees' instead of 'high fees' and 'many human kind' instead of 'many people'. Some phrasing is repetitive, and the range of vocabulary is somewhat limited, which prevents a higher score. The errors do not impede communication, but they are noticeable throughout the text.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('the foremost one reason'), subject-verb agreement ('This take long time'), and pluralization ('explore more place'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some missing commas and incorrect capitalization. While the writer attempts complex structures, these are often where the errors occur. The frequency of these errors is high enough to be distracting, though they rarely prevent the reader from understanding the intended message.
