Student answer (Band 5.0)
People will choose to go on holiday in their country except the travel in abroad. I am totally agree with people who think to go on holiday in our own country.
There are some plenty of reasons for people think about go on holidays in their own country because of they save money from their holidays budget, additionally people also think about their own country growth if people choose to go on holidays in their own country so their country tourism was promoted. Furthermore some people choose go their own country because people didn’t want to explore another country before exploring their own country.
However, relevant reasons to choose their own country for holiday vacation and they save money like if people go to on holidays in their own country so they can save their expensive hotels and flights tickets charges, example like if people skip to go Europe from India and choose go Udaipur Rajasthan so people save their lots of money. More over if people choose their own country for go to on holidays except another country so they can feel beauty of their own country and the big advantage of this if all people think like this they can do their country tourism is very big tourist country. Moreover if you didn’t explore your own country and go to exploring another country you never understand different between people of your country and another country.
In conclusion, I in future mostly probably people are choose to go on holidays or vacation they definitely have to choose their own country and not to travel abroad so they can feel real beauty of their own country.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position in favor of domestic tourism. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention saving money and promoting national growth, these points are repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the argument about 'exploring your own country' is mentioned twice without significant expansion. To improve, you should focus on providing more specific, well-developed examples or logical explanations for each point. The conclusion is present but essentially restates the introduction without adding new insight. Overall, the ideas are relevant but remain at a surface level, which limits the score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'more over' and 'example like' are used incorrectly or in a way that disrupts the flow. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the referencing (e.g., 'the big advantage of this') is unclear because the antecedent is not well-defined. While there is a logical progression from introduction to conclusion, the lack of sophisticated linking words and the repetitive nature of the sentences make the cohesion feel basic and sometimes confusing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. You frequently use basic phrases such as 'go to on holidays' and 'choose to go'. There are several instances of awkward word choices and incorrect collocations, such as 'travel in abroad' instead of 'travel abroad' and 'feel beauty of their own country'. While the meaning is generally clear, the range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To reach a higher band, you should work on using more varied synonyms and learning common collocations (e.g., 'domestic tourism' instead of 'country tourism').
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with verb forms ('people think about go on holidays'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack necessary prepositions, such as 'I am totally agree' instead of 'I totally agree'. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty, leading to a lack of clarity. The majority of the sentences contain errors, and there is a lack of control over basic grammatical rules, which prevents the writing from reaching a higher level of accuracy.
