Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the upcoming years, numerous people will plan their vacation to spend in their home country rather than to plan a foreign trip. I completely agree with this statement that this change would be seen in very short time.
One of the main reason for my agreement is that, number of youngster and adult choose to study abroad and stay away from their parents or family though which, they start a new journey in new country all alone so, rather than exploring the new world they choose to see their parents which is also a best thing for them. Additionally, nowadays, everyone has various dream in their own vacation but, they start taking more short break during that period of time they explore the world however, in their long breaks people start planning to move their home country.
Furthermore, this is not a trend but, its a feeling to see their parents after a long time. Many of them have already started this practice. For instance, I am also a immigrant to new country since last 3 years I haven't seen my parents even also my fiance, the only option is video call from which feel connect but not physically. So, I will also choose to go my home country in my holidays, it's a feeling which can't express in words but, yeah, since my born i didn't stay away from my parents and after 26 years life change to move abroad to build career at this stage anyone can choose this option instead of taking a foreign trip.
Advocates of others view believe that, if someone is choosing to stay away from their parents and want to build up a career then they should be a practical not be emotional, they have to accept this change move ahead.
In conclusion, the practice on being choose to go home country in vacation is going to be common in coming years.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the introduction: you completely agree that more people will holiday in their home country. The personal example about being an immigrant who misses family is relevant and gives your view a genuine basis. However, the response only partly develops the broader prediction in the question. The first reason shifts between studying abroad, visiting parents, and taking short or long breaks, so the link to a future increase in domestic holidays is not always clear. The opposing view is mentioned but not fully explained or answered. To strengthen the response, develop two distinct reasons that directly support your prediction and explain how each would lead people to choose holidays at home.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, supporting paragraphs, a counter-view, and a conclusion. The personal example also gives the third paragraph a clear focus. However, progression is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from studying abroad to family visits and then to different holiday breaks without clearly connecting these points. Linking expressions such as “Additionally,” “Furthermore,” and “For instance” help signal relationships, but some transitions are mechanical or do not clarify the logic. The counter-view appears briefly and is not connected back to your own position. Group each main reason into a focused paragraph, use clear references to earlier ideas, and explain the relationship between points rather than relying mainly on transition words.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to travel and personal experience, including “foreign trip,” “build career,” “video call,” and “exploring the new world.” These choices make your main topic understandable, and phrases such as “a feeling which can’t express in words” convey personal emotion. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, including “plan their vacation to spend,” “a best thing,” and “the practice on being choose.” Some expressions are also repeated, particularly “choose” and “home country,” which limits flexibility. Aim for more natural combinations and precise forms, such as “spend their holidays,” “visit their families,” and “holiday in their country of origin.” This would make your ideas easier to follow and more appropriate to an IELTS essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “rather than,” “though,” and “if,” and you use future forms to discuss the prediction. However, complex sentences are often faulty or run together, as in “they start a new journey in new country all alone so, rather than exploring the new world they choose to see their parents.” There are frequent problems with agreement, articles, plurals, and verb forms: “One of the main reason,” “everyone has various dream,” and “I am also a immigrant.” Punctuation also makes some sentences difficult to parse, especially the long personal example. Build accuracy with shorter sentences first, then combine ideas using one clear subordinate clause at a time; check subject–verb agreement and article use during revision.
