Dear Sam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am happy that you asked my advice about learning a new sports. As I know you since graduation, you might like some ideas of mine.

I understand how passionate you were when it comes to sport when you were young. Due to sedentary lifestyle, it's hard to pursue what you love for. Although, there are several sports that you can enjoy in my town. I would personally pick, you should start learning cricket or tennis.

There are some certain ways through which you can gain some basic knowledge of these sports. Such as watching youtube videos, by taking personal coaching or joining local clubs.

In fact, I am also interested to enroll myself into these activities. Maybe we both could start learning it. This will not only help us each other personally, but also we can motivate each other as well. As we all knows, playing sports is always a fun together.
