Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task: recommending a sport (cricket), explaining how to learn it (attending the camp), and suggesting learning together. The tone is appropriate for an informal email to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of how to learn the sport relies heavily on a single event, and the suggestion to learn together is slightly repetitive. To reach a higher band, ensure that your ideas are expanded with more detail and that the flow of information feels more natural and less like a list of requirements.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The email is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'As far as I concern' is an incorrect collocation, and the transition between the mention of the cricket camp and your personal plans to join is a bit abrupt. While the overall message is clear, the logical progression between sentences could be smoother. Using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition') would help improve the flow of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to communicate your ideas, but there are several errors in word choice and collocation that occasionally hinder the naturalness of the text. Examples include 'give some suggestion' (should be 'suggestions'), 'world campion' (spelling: 'champion'), and 'extremely for us' (missing an adjective, e.g., 'extremely beneficial'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they indicate a need for more precise control over word forms and common English collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('cricket skills was great'), article usage ('seen one advertisment'), and tense consistency ('you are seriously wanted to learn'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing after periods. While you are able to convey your message, the frequency of these errors requires the reader to work harder to interpret your meaning. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb and tense errors will significantly improve your score.
