- explain how your friend could learn this sport
- suggest that you both learn this sport together

Dear Alix,
I hope you are doing well. I am glad you want to take part in new sport so you need my advice regarding which sport is suitable for you.
I recommend you a new sport that would be suitable and convenient for you that is badminton. I think badminton is easy to learn and also beneficial for all ages. If you choose this sport it would be helpful to stay healthy and claim by learning the techniques as well as it might be the chance to meet with new people when you will take part in competitions.
You could join local sport centre for learn this game. I guess, they provide you coach who teach the diverse techniques how you will defat the rival during competition. Apart from this, you can check videos which is available on the internet regarding this game.
Fortunately, If we learn this sport together we will support each other to win the match. During that may be the chance for time spent with each other during our busy schedule and make that time more enjoyable.
