Dear Manjot,

I hope you are doing well. I'm glad to hear that you are thinking about learning a new sport, and I'd be happy to give me advice in this regard.

I would highly recommend Badminton because it is enjoyable, easy to start and suitable for people of different fitness level. As you always love playing less demanded games and sports, I believe Badminton would be best suitable to your preference and requirements.

You could learn badminton by joining a local sports club or taking lessons from a professional coach. In addition, there are several online videos in which they explain the rules and techniques to play this sport. You may only take a few days in learning this sport, as it is considered an easy game to learn.

Why don't we learn badminton together? We could join a beginner's classes at local sports club and practice twice a week. I think it would be more enjoyable to have a friend to play with, and we could motivate each other, when learning new techniques.
