Dear Nidhi,

I hope you are doing well. I am delighted to hear that you want to learn a new sport, I am glad to give you suggestion on which one would suit you best.

I would recommend you for the badminton, because it is a perfect fit for you and easy to learn. In addition, it is a good way to improve your hand-eye coordination and keeps you physically active and enjoyable. Moreover, you don’t need extremely high level of fitness in starting.

The easiest way to learn this sport would be enroll to local badminton club and take a few sessions with badminton coach. They could introduce with basic technique, different strokes and also hand and footwork. Once you familiar with these techniques, you could practice with others players and after that you can gain confidence easily.

Actually, I am fascinated to enroll badminton club. So, we could join the same club and classes together. It would be enjoyable and we can motivate each other during practice. I am sure it would be great to spend some quality time together and improve our fitness together.

Hopefully, we can get started soon. I am looking forward to playing with you soon.
