Dear Anita,

Hope you are doing well. As you asked me for an advice about a sport activity. I have something to tell you, that even i was looking forward for it as well. After a lot of research I came across an an activity named . Which really benefits our heart and physical health.

I just heard from my mom that this is been held for a month at our nearest XYZ community center for all age groups. I think we should go together after finishing our class around 6pm in the evening. To my surprise, it is completely free of cost and has flexible hours where we can fit in according to our preferred timings.

However, i looked for its benefits. This sport helps to boost muscle strength and good cardiac health. Moreover, it is performed in various forms like, dance, gymnastic and in the form of competition. I think we should absolutely join this so that we can learn a new sport.
