Dear Gurpreet,

I got your text about the suggestion for a new sport you want to learn. As per your body type, you should choose shot put as a new sport. Because you are strong at lifting weights and doing heavy activities, this sport will be perfect for you to grow in the future.

You can get coaching from our district sports teacher at our district stadium; he is currently training 4 of our district athletes for national games. I am sure that after looking at your athletic abilities, he will coach you.

I have been training for shot put for the last 2 years in my village and am looking for a new coach. We both can join the district shot put team and learn the sport in an advanced manner from our district coach. This very help us together to compete at the national level and also at the international level to represent our country.
