Dear Sarah,

I hope you are doing well. I am really glad to hear that you are thinking to learn new sport. Since you are looking for something enjoyable but not demanding for a beginner, I would highly recommend badminton. It is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, coordination, and you can play it both indoor and outdoor.

To learn the new sport, I suggest enrolling in beginner's course in near by sports center. A qualified instructor can teach you the correct grip, footwork, serving techniques and basic rules of the game. You can also watch instructional videos online and practice regularly with a partner. Once you become more confident, you could participate in friendly matches develop your skills further.

In fact, I think why don't we learn badminton together? We could register for the same weekend classes and practice at a nearby court afterwards. Having a friend to practice with would make the experience more enjoyable and we could motivate each other to improve.

I am sure this would be a fun way for us stay active while learning new skill together. Let me know if you are interested.
