Dear Shivika,

I hope you are doing good. I saw your email regarding the recommendation of trying a different sport and you need my advice for that.

I would say that you should try the swimming as this sport could be fun and productive on the same time. Also, it will make your body more flexible and somehow it will help you in your current gymnastic classes.

You can get the classes for swimming from one of the professional trainer. The location of his institute is nearby to your house, so it will be easy to commute on a daily base. Furthermore, they also give train their students on a national level.

Moreover, I was also thinking to join the classes of this activity from the coming Monday. We both can join the swimming classes together also can go together, So that we can get motivate for being consistent.
