Hi Manpreet,

How's you doing? I hope this letter finds you in a good health and in high spirits. I'm thrilled to know that you want my suggestions to learn a new sport.

Since your work is less physical demanding, I would like to advice you go for rock climbing. The main reason behind this is your health that needs to be more fit because your sedentary lifestyle leading to you toward health issues therefore rock climbing will be beneficial to improve your health such as your stamina and your gut health.

Our local community center has recently introduced new sports such as badminton, rock climbing and swimming. They provide classes in the evening and on the weekends that would be helpful for you because you don't need to save a separate time for classes.

I want to suggest learning this sport together because I'm thinking to come back to ground, therefore, it would be best for us to learn new activity and kill some quality time together.

I will look forward for your decision and eagerly waiting to learn this sport together.
