Dear Mitali,

I hope you are doing well. I am happy to hear that you want to learn a new sport and seek my advice.

I think swimming will be suitable for you because it is one of the best aquatic exercise and a life-saving skill. Additionally, swimming will helpful to improve your body's flexibility and it will strengthen your back and core muscles. Apart from that, swimming can facilitate you to improve your lung capacity and overall health.

In my town, there are plenty of swimming academies available, and they provide basic swimming course, safety guidance and course completion certificates to their students. Moreover, their teaching techniques are excellent and unique, so learners automatically display their interest in the swimming.

It would be beneficial if we both join swimming schools together in order to spend quality time and I will teach you advanced swimming techniques. And, it will provide us an opportunity to create some beautiful memories for lifetime. Please let me know about your availability, so I can enroll us in one of the best swimming academies.
