Dear Shikha,

I hope you are in pink of your health! I am so glad to hear that you are planning to learn a new sport. It would be exciting to join a new game as you have a very tight work schedule. It will give you a chance to relax in a better way.

I would like to suggest you to choose table tennis. Since I know your preferences about physical activities, this sport will suits you the best.

I advise you to join begginers course first. Instructor will teach you about basic skills like how to hold racket and in which ways you could use the ball. Once you would feel confident enough, you could join any tennis club and practice according to your fitness level.

I am really overwhelmed to let you know that I would also be the part of your new game. So, don't worry you're not alone. It would be a great fun to spend time together and remember our old college days.
