• explain how your friend could learn this sport
• suggest that you both learn this sport together

Dear Joban,

I am glad that you asked for my opinion regarding new sport that you want to learn.

I would recommend that you should take classes for the badminton, it will be quite suitable for your body type. It is very easy to get classes in any of the community centre and there is nominal fee for that as well. Also You don't need to worry about the rackets and shuttles because they are already included in the package.

As I know you have the athletic body type, o you wouldn't have any difficulty in bringing your body into flexible shape. Moreover it will hep to boost your cardio health as there are swift movements are involved in the game.

I was also thinking to start practicing for the game, however I was just hesitating go in alone. I would suggest that we can go as team and train together. Furthermore, We will get some time to spend together as well.
