Dear Mohit,

I hope you are doing well. I was really pleased to hear that you are planning to take up a new sport. Since you want to stay active, I'd like to suggest start learning Badminton. I believe badminton would be suitable sport for you because this sport demands you to being on your feet and physically fit.

You can start learning this sport by registering with club, experienced trainners would teach you some basic techniques such as making service and tackle shuttle effectively. In addition, you can watch online tutorial video to improve your skills.

I'd also like to register with club and start learning badminton with you. By this way, we can motivate each other to stay consistent to improve skills and the great way to do some physical activity after long hours being on chair at work.
