Your English-speaking friend who lives in your town has asked for your advice about learning a new sport. Write an email to your friend. In your email:

• recommend a new sport that would be suitable for your friend to learn
• explain how your friend could learn this sport
• suggest that you both learn this sport together

Dear Sam,

Thank you for your email. It is great that you want to start a new sport.

I think you should try badminton. It is very easy to learn, good for quick movement and fun to play. Moreover, you do not need to spend huge amount of money on gears which will be use in this game while playing.

You can learn it at your home like with your family members, this is the best way to spend time with your family members. But, if you want to adapt this skill professionally then you should join the local sport centre. A coach can teach you in professional way and rules too. You can also watch a short videos on YouTube to learn faster.

We both learn this skill together. We can practice at the community centre on weekends. This centre is close to our house and it is the best way to spent time with you because after passing the school we do not spend time with each other.
