Dear Husan,

This side arsh, i hope you are well and im writing this mail to gave some adivce about how sport is important in world. As i known you have busy schduale you should gave time to sports like cricket.

I would tike to advise to try cricket because this game always in your favour such as helps to stay physically fit, improve focus, develope skills and last is alwahys feel confident. Even you can make your carrier in this field as a player. this is because your age is on the peak to learn and grow with this passion. this would definatly help to stay fit but also helps in fincial sport. Virat kholi is an example for who starts this carries in cricket in your age, his hard work ans skills pay off this by name of king kholi and his name comes it in top 10 player in the world.

Regarding to learn to learn this activity you should choose player as insipration and choose as you would be and batter or bowler or all around, learn his journy how he started. Moreover, start playing in clubs as player in teams and you can also hire a coach who have alot of knowledage about this and starts practice from know. Join the gym for good body structure and storng endurance, stamina and strength.

Futhermore, i would love to join with you in same clubs however, we also gonna plans on free time in week days and also on weekends. This would make the learning experience more enjoyable, and we could motivate each other to improve.

I hope you like my suggestion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best wishes

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

You address all three instructions clearly: you recommend cricket, explain ways to learn it, and invite your friend to join you. The recommendation is supported with relevant benefits, including fitness, focus and confidence, and the reference to Virat Kohli gives a specific example. You also offer practical steps such as joining a club, choosing a role and hiring a coach. The invitation to practise together and motivate each other makes the email personal and purposeful. Some support is over-generalised or not fully connected to your friend—for example, the claims about a possible career and financial support are not explained, and the Kohli comparison is difficult to follow. Develop these points more carefully and keep the advice focused on your friend’s needs.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The email has a recognisable structure, moving from the recommendation to learning advice and then to your invitation. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “Regarding to learn” and “Furthermore” signal transitions. The closing is also appropriate for a friendly email. However, some links feel mechanical, and the first paragraph shifts from general comments about sport to cricket without a smooth connection. The long section about Kohli combines several ideas, making the progression harder to follow. There is also repetition in “learn to learn” and “this would help.” Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting detail directly to the advice, while varying transitions and avoiding repeated phrasing.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of relevant vocabulary, including “physically fit,” “inspiration,” “endurance,” “stamina” and “motivate each other,” which helps communicate the benefits and practical steps. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “all-rounder” and “hard work.” However, frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices make parts of the email difficult to understand, including “adivce,” “carrier,” “finical sport” and “knowledage.” Some expressions are also unnatural, such as “this game always in your favour” and “choose player as inspiration.” Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for sport and training; more precise phrasing will make your advice clearer and more natural.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause with “because” and a contrast structure in “not only … but also.” This shows an effort to vary sentence forms. However, errors are frequent, and some sentences are difficult to process. Examples include “you should gave time,” “this game always in your favour,” and “who starts this carries,” where verb forms and sentence construction are not controlled. Missing or incorrect articles, agreement and punctuation also affect clarity, particularly in the long sentence about Virat Kohli. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add one clause at a time. Pay particular attention to verb forms after modal verbs, subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries.
