The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.

The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane. At a glance, there are total seven stages, demonstrate the whole process.

Overall, from the beginning stage of growing to the ending stage of drying and cooling is described here.

To commence with, in initial stage the sugar canes are grown in approximately 12 to 18 months. Next, on the second stage it is harvest through two process, through manual or through machine. On the third process, sugar canes is crushed in machine and ending up providing fresh juice.

In addition, on the fourth stage the juice is purified through limestone filter. Later on the juice is then converted into syrup with the help of evaporator on the fifth stage. Moreover, with the help of centrifuge on the sixth stage the sugar crystals are separated from the syrup through a spin and on the last stage of the whole process the separated sugar are get dried and cooled in a metal drum.
