How sugar is produced from sugar cane
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given process shows the factory manufacturing make sugar from sugar cane. There are seven steps of processing to make a sugar. Noticeably, the process of sugar is not easy but also systematically.
To begin with collection of the growing sugarcane grow between 12-18 months harvesting by truck or the farmers for remove waste sugar cane after then sugar cane go to crushing machine for grading and get a juice. then collected juice send to purifying machine there is limestone filter eradicate harmful substance.
The next step is evaporator in that juice becomes syrup by apply heat through container after then centrifuge done in that separates sugar crystal from syrup. last step is dying and cooling process there sugar made in this step.
overall, the sugar process of undergo many step starting from growing used and ending with preparation of sugar.
