The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

How sugar is produced from sugar cane

So here in the diagram as we can see the process of making sugar from sugar cane, so let's start with the 1st process Growing sugar canes in the field which almost take up to 12 to 18 months to grow. As the sugar can grow, the next process is Harvesting the sugar cane to grow more sugar cane by manual or machinery way. after this we put the sugar cane to the crushing machine to make a juice and then we use Limestone filter to purify juice. after that, we put juice into the container on heat to make this juice to syrup and this method called Evaporator. After this, we separate the sugar crystals from syrup and this process called Centrifuge. After separating the sugar crystals from syrup, we let the sugar drying and cooling in a natural air to convert into the form of Sugar. So, this was the process of how we make sugar from sugar cane.
