How sugar is produced from sugar cane
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The diagram shows that how to make sugar from sugar cane.
The first stage is growing sugar cane 12-18 months, after 13-18 months farmers harvesting a sugar cane with the help of machineries or hand.In the next process collected sugar cane goes in the crushing machine and crush the cane and collect the juice in conteinor. The Limestone filter can purifying juice and boil juice in large continor which have a big hole on the top where water evaporates and juice became syrup. Afterwords syrup put into centrifuge to seperate the sugar particals from the syrup. In the last step they collect sugar crystals in different continer for drying and cooling sugar. The main process is seperate water from juice and make a syrup and seperated sugar crystals.
Overall, it can be seen that before sugar make juice pass from different stage when they create a sugar crystals from juice syrup.
