Student answer (Band 6.0)

The provided diagram illustrates the comprehensive process of the production of sugar from sugar cane.

Overall,It is clearly seen that the manufacturing process is linear consisting of multiple sequential stages, commencing with the cultivation of sugar canes and culmination in the drying and cooling of sugar.

In detail, the suagar canes are grown by farmers, once they are matured withhin 12-18 months. Consequently suar cane is harvested either mechanically or mannually before transporting in the factories. Afterthat, the sugar canes are crushed into machines to separate the juice.

moving towards the further explanation, the next step is purification where the juice is transferred into the limestone filter to remove the impurities. Afterwords,the filter juice is heated in the evaporator to change it in the form of syrup. Ultimately, in the next step of centrifuge, the sugar crystals are sepearted from the syrup and then it is transferred in the another storage jar for cooling and drying.
