How sugar is produced from sugar cane
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The Diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing for making sugar from sugar cane.
The production of manufacturing sugar from sugar cane starts with the growing season in which sugar cane takes almost 12 to 18 months for growing. When the sugar cane grows the next process is harvesting the sugar canes for making sugar when the harvesting process is completed then the next process is to crushing to the sugar canes to make its juice.
After make juice by crushing sugar cane the next procedure is to purifying the juice through Limestone filter. After staining the juice from filter put the juice on heat for making syrup through evaporation. After evaporation some few crystals left. The Final Procedure is to seprate sugar crystals from syrup.
In conclusion, Manufcturing the sugar from sugar cane take long time procedure. It is not an easy task to manufacturing the sugar. It takes effort and time beacuse if you put hardwork and efforts on the process then definately result will automatically good.
