The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
How sugar is produced from sugar cane
Student answer (Band 5.0)
First of all we need to grow sugarcane in huge placce.When sugarcane will ne growing we will harvest After cutting the sugarcane ready to squeezing the juice of the sugarcane.When juice will be ready we will purifying the juice so in this way all the dirt of the juice drained.
When sugarcane juice will be dirt free it will be raedy for next step.The next step is evaporating in this process juice will be boiled on high temperature. After the evaporated process juice will be turn in to a thick consistent syrup.This syrup cooked on high temperature. The syrup is cooked until making a small crystal in it.
After making the crystal in the sugar syrup the next step will be separated the crystal from the syrup this process is called centrifuge.In this process crystal separated from the syrup.
Afterwards our next process will be start it would be a cooling process in this process sugar crystals coolling on high degree temperature.
Finally after a long process sugar wulod be prepared and ready to eat.
