The diagram illustrates how the process of manufacturing held for sugar from sugarcane.

Overall, the production of sugar consist of seven stages, begining with the cultivation of sugarcane and ending with the drying and cooling of sugar crystal before they are packaged for distribution.

First, sugarcane is grown for a period of 12-18 months until it is fully mature. The crop is then harvested either machanically through a tractor or manually by wokers. Next, the harvested sugarcane is fed into crusher machine, where the juice is extracted. The extracted juice is then purified through limestone filter to remove impurities.

After purefication, the juice is heated into evaporator which remove extra water, producing a thick syrup. This syrup is then placed in a centrifuge, which spin at high speed to remove sugar crystal from the remaining liquid. Finally, the sugar crystals are dried and cooled, producing the finished sugar, which is then ready for packaging and distribution.
