In detail, the initial step isto plant sugar cane and it takes 12-18 months to get duly matured for the next step it is harvested by workers or a heavy machine. then sugar cane provides a machine to crushing as a juice form into limestine filter for purifying the juice.

consequently, filtered juice poured a pot , it is heated on stove for evaporation to become as a form of juice into syrup. then extracted syrup is prepared to separation sugar crystals from syrup by using centrifuge method.and finally sugar is ready for consumers by go through on drying and cooling system as well as company made suger provide all over the country to get everypeople.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You cover the main stages and give a useful overview that the process is linear and has seven stages. The growing period of 12–18 months and the two harvesting methods are also accurately included. This meets the task well, though some stages are described less fully: for example, the crushing stage is mentioned, but the cane entering a crusher and juice emerging are not clearly explained. The final claim that the company supplies sugar “all over the country” is not shown in the diagram, so avoid adding unsupported information. To strengthen the response further, report the key transformations precisely: juice is purified, heated into syrup, and centrifuged to separate sugar crystals before drying and cooling.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall sequence, moving from an overview to the stages in order, and phrases such as “In detail,” “consequently,” and “finally” help signal progression. The paragraphing also broadly separates the overview from the process description. However, some links are mechanical or unclear: “then sugar cane provides a machine to crushing” makes the relationship between the cane and crusher difficult to follow, while several stages are crowded into long sentences. The transition from evaporation to centrifuging is present but could be more explicit. Use one sentence for each major stage or group of related stages, and connect them with precise references such as “The resulting syrup is then…” to make the progression smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some relevant process vocabulary, including “harvested,” “purifying,” “evaporation,” “syrup,” and “centrifuge,” which helps communicate the diagram’s subject. There is also an attempt to vary wording rather than repeat “sugar cane” throughout. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “sugar brought forth,” “sugar cane provides a machine,” and “prepared to separation.” Spelling errors, including “menifest,” “limestine,” and “suger,” also reduce precision. Aim for standard process language and accurate forms: for instance, say that cane is “fed into a crusher” and that crystals are “separated from the syrup.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including an overview clause and a sequence of process descriptions. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure and verb forms sometimes make relationships unclear. Examples include “it is readily menifest that manufacturing sugar… is a linear method consists of seven stages” and “filtered juice poured a pot,” where the clause structure or required verb is missing. There are also problems with infinitive patterns and articles, as in “a machine to crushing” and “by using centrifuge method.” Improve accuracy by using complete passive forms for the process, such as “The juice is poured into a container” and “It is heated to produce syrup.” Check sentence boundaries and punctuation as well.
