Firstly the farmers growing suger cans with in 12 to 18 months, after growing the harvesting process is starting mostly people use two harvesting process first one is use of matchin and secend one is use of hand. After harvesting the suger canes put it in a crushing matchine and crush it in a liquad form and purifying the juice from limestone filter.

In a fifth step collect all filtered liquad and put into evaporator and give a heat and liquad form going in a syrup form .Then centrifuge procees start and septaters suger crystals from syrup. Then put in a contaner for cooling and drying and the suger is ready for paking and saling.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response covers the main stages in the diagram, including the 12–18-month growing period, the two harvesting methods, crushing, limestone filtration, evaporation, centrifuging, and final drying and cooling. The overview also identifies a seven-step process, giving the reader a general picture. However, some details are unclear or not fully grounded in the diagram: “farmers” are not specified, and the claim that sugar is ready for “packing and selling” is not shown. The description of the final stage also says the product is put in a container, whereas the diagram shows drying and cooling in a cylinder. To strengthen the response, report the stages precisely and make the overview explain the transformation from cane to sugar.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The information is presented in a broadly logical order, and sequencing expressions such as “Firstly,” “after,” and “In a fifth step” help the reader follow the process. The response also moves from an overview to the stages, which gives it a coherent overall arrangement. However, the overview repeats the idea of making sugar, and the main process is compressed into two long paragraphs with several stages joined together. For example, the sentence beginning “After harvesting” moves through crushing and purification without a clear break. Some links are mechanical or imprecise, such as “Then” and “and,” and the reference in “put it in a crushing machine” is not fully clear. Use separate sentences or paragraphs for the early and later stages, and connect each step explicitly.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The response uses some relevant process vocabulary, including “harvesting,” “limestone filter,” “evaporator,” “syrup,” and “centrifuge,” so the reader can identify the main operations. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling errors affect clarity, including “digram,” “suger,” “crosing,” and “prosess.” Some word choices and collocations are also inaccurate: “crush it in a liquid form” does not clearly describe juice being extracted, while “give a heat” is not natural English. Aim to use precise process terms consistently, such as “extract the juice,” “heat the liquid,” and “separate the crystals,” and check spelling carefully. This would make the description clearer and more appropriate for an academic process report.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts both simple and more extended sentence forms, and the sequence is generally understandable. Some grammatical relationships are communicated successfully, as in “centrifuge process start and separates sugar crystals from syrup.” However, there are several errors in verb forms, articles, agreement, and sentence construction. For example, “the process based on seven steps” needs a finite verb, and “farmers growing” should use a suitable passive or active verb form. The sentence beginning “After harvesting” also joins several actions without clear grammatical boundaries, while “put into evaporator” lacks an article. Use a consistent present simple passive for the stages—for example, “The juice is heated in an evaporator”—and divide long sentences so each action has a clear subject and verb.
