Student answer (Band 6.0)
Yes ,ofcourse I also believe that one day it will happen .Even day we are at phase to attain that day .Today most the adults and the young generation are use to it ,they found it more convenient.
As I am too use to it ,I hardly carry money along with me . It's easy to just a carry a smartphone with a lot features in it .
There is no need to wait for the exchange if a situation arises. Although I am feel free from being looted at busy streets .Now the new generation just want every thing at there homes threw this e-cash transaction they are able to pay there electricity bills ,cable charges or even a phone recharges.
Some people are not ready to give up cash because they are not prone to new technology even they hesitate to learn some new. They just want to be with cash because of the fear to loose their money ,as they are not much aware and have a little knowledge to use it .
At my home ,my father don't want to give up using cash .He felt that because of lack of proper knowledge, someone can fraud him . Last week I forced him to do an online transaction to recharge his phone number but unfortunately he typed a wrong number and he didn't received the recharge . Now he is much more afraid of using e-cash modes.
But it important to learn it as we all now,"Practice makes a man perfect". Everybody learns from the mistakes .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the likelihood of a cashless society and the reasons for resistance. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide a personal example regarding your father, the discussion on why people might be reluctant to give up cash could be expanded with more general societal arguments, such as privacy concerns or the digital divide. The position is clear throughout, but the depth of analysis is restricted by the brevity of the arguments provided. To improve, aim to explore the implications of your points more thoroughly rather than relying solely on personal anecdotes.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the flow of ideas. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally inaccurate. For example, the transition 'Although I am feel free from being looted' is grammatically awkward and does not effectively link the ideas. Additionally, some sentences are fragmented or lack clear logical connections, such as the transition between the general statement about technology and the specific example of your father. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in contrast') would significantly enhance the logical progression of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of incorrect word choice or collocation, such as 'use to it' instead of 'used to it' and 'threw' instead of 'through'. Phrases like 'looted at busy streets' are slightly unnatural in this context. While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'e-cash transaction', the overall range is limited. To achieve a higher score, focus on learning more sophisticated collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('my father don't want'), incorrect verb tenses ('I am feel free'), and punctuation errors. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often marred by errors, such as 'even they hesitate to learn some new'. The majority of sentences contain errors, which prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like verb forms and articles will help improve your accuracy significantly.
