The response addresses both parts of the prompt, discussing the shift toward digital payments and the reasons some people might resist this change. However, the essay is significantly under the 250-word minimum requirement, which limits the depth of development. The ideas are presented but remain underdeveloped; for example, the explanation regarding why seniors struggle with technology is quite brief. To improve, you should expand on your points with more detailed examples and analysis to ensure the response meets the length requirement and provides a more comprehensive answer to the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the logical progression is hindered by awkward phrasing and a lack of sophisticated cohesive devices. While you use transition signals like 'The first and foremost reason' and 'On the other hand', the connections between sentences are sometimes mechanical or unclear. The introduction is particularly difficult to follow due to grammatical errors, which disrupts the flow of the argument. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear, unified focus will help improve your score in this area.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms and occasionally use words incorrectly, such as 'more tends to be participates' or 'old methosd'. There is also a lack of topic-specific vocabulary related to digital finance. To improve, try to incorporate more precise terminology related to the topic, such as 'cashless society', 'digital infrastructure', or 'financial inclusion'. Additionally, focus on collocations to ensure your word choices sound more natural and professional.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('people have been becoming'), tense usage ('when I will travel'), and sentence structure ('due to living in modern world has been sparked'). You rely mostly on simple sentence structures, and attempts at complex sentences are often faulty. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that subjects and verbs agree and that tenses are used consistently. Reviewing the use of articles and prepositions will also help reduce the frequency of errors.
