Student answer (Band 7.0)
A day will come when the existing method of cash transtation will be become outdated. Giving way for digital payment as the only method of finance exchange. According to me this situation will take place due to advent of technology and convience. However, section of society may not willing to accept the change due to privacy and safety.
There is ample of evidence suggest that society will be shift to digital payment mode by giving up cash payment mode in the years to come. The significant reason is cutting-edge technology. To explain this, individuals can save their card details in their mobile wallet and when needed they can do payment by using physicial card or through mobile wallet. This happen because, they don't need to carry cash or wallet everytime. For example, individuals forgot to carry purse sometime due to rush or accidentely and they need to purchase something but if they setup card in their phone then they can easily do payment. Therefore, it help to reduce stress of individual while they carring heavy amount and they have a fear of safety.
Due to privacy and safety concerns community may not adopt another method. To elaborate it, scammers can easily theif their bank details by hacking their mobile by using latest softwares and applications. Therefore, individual doesnot want to switch their habit of payment as they feel it is convienet and safe for them. For example, not only frauds theif their financial details but also they can get a full access of their phones and they can use their personal photos in negative way to blackmail them. For example, the recent news telecast in news about Indian actors and actresss are going to court to get a permission that no one can mob their photo without their concerns and if some one do than it will be charge for a punishment.
To conclude, shift to the new payment method gives a convience and flexibility but we don't have to overlook their drawback such as privacy and safety. And, I believe that both methods of payement will continue in the upcoming years as well.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, providing a clear opinion on the future of cash and explaining reasons for resistance to digital payments. The ideas are relevant and generally well-developed, although the explanation regarding privacy concerns becomes slightly tangential when discussing Indian actors and court cases. This example is not directly related to the general public's fear of digital payment theft, which weakens the focus of the argument. However, the overall position remains clear throughout the essay, and the conclusion effectively summarizes the writer's stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To explain this', 'Therefore', and 'To elaborate it', though some transitions feel a bit mechanical. The progression of ideas is generally clear, although the link between the topic of digital theft and the specific example of actors and privacy laws is somewhat tenuous, which disrupts the flow of the argument. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the two main points of the prompt.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task, but there are several errors in word choice and spelling that occasionally impede the reader. For example, 'transtation' (transaction), 'convience' (convenience), 'theif' (thieve/steal), and 'physicial' (physical) are noticeable. While the student attempts to use more sophisticated terms like 'cutting-edge technology' and 'financial exchange', the frequent spelling errors and misuse of word forms (e.g., 'scammers can easily theif their bank details') limit the score. A wider range of precise vocabulary would be needed for a higher band.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('it help to reduce', 'individual doesnot want'), incorrect article usage, and awkward phrasing ('There is ample of evidence suggest'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in basic grammar and sentence construction prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. The student should focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and verb tense consistency.
