Student answer (Band 6.0)
Cashless services are so trending now a days that it might be possible after a couple of years people will not carry any physical money with them. The essay will indicate my opinion towards this preference and about people who still do not want to be dependent on such an advanced technology.
On the one side, payment by a card or phones helps to reduce the burden of carry the money one can freely move to any country without bothering about change of currency as bank will automatically deduct the charges from their account. Moreover it is very fast mode of transaction without any hassle. It has been also observed that banks and payment platforms are offering great advantages as they provide certain rewards in form of cashback or some sort of points which can be towards their next shopping. Some people use the credit card which help them to shop according to their necessity and can pay them back after certain days.
On the other side, if the technology got failed due to any reason one can not able to perform any such transaction at all. Not only this credit cards are sort of loan that any is getting for the bank if in case a person fail to return that money back he would be heavily penalized. The chances of fraud are quite high as compared to cash. One who do not technology this would be very comfortable for them also.
In my opinion, physical money will always remain in demand as it does not strict any age factor and one can spend that much amount which ever he should in pocket while cashless service is better option only when everything goes smooth.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the likelihood of a cashless future and the reasons for resistance. However, the development is somewhat uneven. The arguments regarding the benefits of cashless payments are clear, but the counter-arguments regarding the disadvantages are less well-developed and occasionally unclear, such as the sentence 'One who do not technology this would be very comfortable for them also.' The position is consistent, but the depth of analysis could be improved to reach higher bands. The essay covers all requirements but lacks the detailed supporting examples or nuanced exploration expected at higher levels.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'On the one side,' 'Moreover,' and 'In my opinion,' which help guide the reader. However, the flow within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and there are instances where the connection between ideas is slightly disjointed, particularly in the third paragraph. Referencing is generally clear, but the transition between the benefits and the drawbacks could be smoother. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate, and the progression of ideas is logical enough to follow without difficulty.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'transaction,' 'currency,' and 'penalized.' However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'so trending now a days' and 'burden of carry the money.' These errors do not impede communication, but they limit the precision of the writing. To improve, the student should focus on more natural collocations and avoid informal or repetitive phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues ('if the technology got failed,' 'one can not able to'), missing articles, and awkward sentence construction ('one can spend that much amount which ever he should in pocket'). These errors are noticeable and occur throughout the text. While the student attempts complex structures, the control over them is inconsistent. The punctuation is generally functional, but the grammatical inaccuracies prevent the essay from reaching a higher band.
