Student answer (Band 4.5)
According to my experiences and thoughts, there is higher chances of give up on cash because now people no longer to pay thiongs in using cash. Most of the people do payments by card or using phones. the big reason of hapening this is not able to carry cash everywhere and this is more convenient and scure. There is much big ratio of robbery of cash and this is not save at all. If you have money in your card or phone and in somehow you lost your phone or card, you can call to bank management and banned your card or phone account. So if you ask me that is nobody gonna use money? i would say yes because this is more convenient for anyone. Even the begger have their accounts, if you don't have any cash then they would ask you to send them to their account. But i don't think so, we can totally depend on technology. But now a days there is no more conveninet than this way of scuring money and still use it in public. i have my own house example, my mom have a big business in which there is so many give and take money related things and so many time costomer give fake cash notes which my mom couldn't catch it at first glance and in someways my mom got scammed. But now my mom take the payment online which is more convenient and scure than before. I think so on some points dependancy on technology is not that much a bad idea. If it making your everyday life easy than we should take a benefit to it.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the question: you predict that cash use may decline, and you give reasons some people may prefer digital payments, including convenience, security, and your mother’s experience with counterfeit notes. The personal example is relevant and helps support your view. However, the position is not fully clear: you first say “yes” to nobody using money, then add “I don’t think so, we can totally depend on technology,” which suggests the opposite. The reasons people might be unhappy to give up cash are also only briefly considered; the response mainly explains the advantages of digital payments. State a consistent prediction and develop concerns such as access, privacy, or technical failures to address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response contains relevant points and some progression from the convenience and security of digital payments to your mother’s business example. However, the ideas are presented as one continuous block, so the reader has little help distinguishing the prediction, supporting reasons, and possible objections. Connections between points are sometimes unclear, especially the shift from saying cash may disappear to “I don’t think so” and then back to the benefits of technology. Linking phrases such as “For these reasons” or “Nevertheless” could clarify how each point relates to your position. Use separate paragraphs for your view, supporting examples, and reasons some people may resist cashless payments, and make references such as “this” more specific.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a basic range of vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “convenient,” “robbery,” “fake cash notes,” and “scammed.” These choices help convey your examples, but frequent spelling errors and inaccurate or unnatural word combinations sometimes make the message harder to follow, as in “higher chances of give up on cash,” “big ratio of robbery,” and “scuring money.” Some words are repeated, particularly “convenient” and “cash,” and the response has few precise terms for the disadvantages of cashless payments. Build accuracy with common collocations and topic vocabulary, such as “the likelihood of cash disappearing,” “risk of theft,” “counterfeit banknotes,” and “digital payment systems.” Proofreading spelling would also improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “If you have money in your card or phone…” and a relative clause in “a big business in which…”. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur throughout. For example, “there is higher chances” has faulty agreement, while “people no longer to pay” is missing a verb form; “my mom have” also has incorrect subject–verb agreement. Some long sentences join several ideas without clear punctuation, making the relationships difficult to follow. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries during revision.
