Student answer (Band 5.5)
Due to advancement in technology, there would be no longer cash payments exists. All payments will be made by cards or e-transfers. However, I belive this will be happen and others will be remaine the same on cash payments. In the upcoming paraghraphs its explained.
To begin with, there are many reasons why would people use modren modes of payments. Firstly, people feel its the fastest and easy to use cards and cell phones to make payments. For example, in previous times people use to pay by cash therefore, they have to go there in person and then count the money. That used to consume alot of time and energy. In these days, if people have any emergency then they can simply book appointments by online payments in advance or Bill payments are easy to make either day or night. Likewise, Easy for housewifes, they are using to buy household items online and saving their time to spend with their family. Individuals will be feeling free from theifs and threat.
On the other hand, there are some humans who will be remain same for making payments. There is no doubt the world is changing with time but still there are some people who do not want to change there habitis as modren time. The main reason is that they are feeling afriad of scams. For example when peoe do online payments sometimes there are froud people who take money and then disapper. As a result, some people are not feeling safe to use online payments or cards.
In conclusion, Some people will be change their ways to pay money from cash to cards and e - transfers. But others will be remain same by using cash only.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question: you predict that card and phone payments will become more common, and explain that fear of scams may make some people reluctant to stop using cash. Your examples about online bill payments and fraudulent people taking money are relevant. However, the position is not fully clear: the opening says cash payments will disappear, but then suggests some people will remain cash users, and the conclusion mainly repeats this contrast without directly resolving whether cash will eventually vanish. The reasons are also unevenly developed; convenience is illustrated in several ways, while concerns about scams receive only brief explanation. State a consistent prediction and explain more fully why cash remains reassuring or useful to particular groups.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs and a conclusion. The sequence from the advantages of digital payments to resistance based on scams is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “To begin with” and “On the other hand” help show the contrast. However, some linking is mechanical, and the first body paragraph moves quickly between speed, emergencies, household shopping and safety without clearly grouping or developing these points. The opening’s prediction also does not connect smoothly to the later claim that some people will continue using cash. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the paragraph’s main reason; this would make progression more consistent.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “e-transfers,” “online payments,” “scams” and “household items,” so the reader can understand the main ideas. There is some attempt to vary expressions, but the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural choices reduce precision, such as “modren modes of payments,” “froud people” and “remain same.” Spelling errors, including “belive,” “paraghraphs” and “theifs,” are noticeable and can distract the reader. Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than adding more difficult words: for example, describe people as “afraid of being scammed” and say that they “prefer to continue using cash.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would also improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional example beginning “if people have any emergency,” and use connectors to express contrast and cause. However, control is inconsistent, particularly in verb forms and sentence construction. Examples include “there would be no longer cash payments exists,” “this will be happen,” and “people will be remain same.” The sentence about appointments and bill payments also joins several ideas in a way that makes the structure difficult to follow. There are errors in agreement and articles as well, such as “people feel its the fastest and easy to use.” Practise forming accurate clauses with modal verbs and infinitives, and check each sentence for a clear subject and verb. More reliable complex sentences would strengthen the response.
