IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The parents of your Australian friend Chris have invited you to a surprise birthday party for him/her. Write a letter to Chris's parents. In your letter:

• say why you think Chris will enjoy the surprise party
• explain why you won't be able to attend the party
• give details of a plan to see Chris at a different time

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Mr and Mrs Collins,

Dear Mr and Mrs Smith,

I hope you are doing well and this letter find you in high spirits and health. I write this letter to inform you I won't be able to attend the surprise party for Rahul.

I think he enjoys this party most because he always loves to attend parties as well as he also like surprise and it is his 18th birthday which is very special for him after this he already plain to take driving test as well as like to do IELTS for her dream to went to Canada for further study.

But I won't be able to attend this party because that time I already have two occasions in my home country to attend. Firstly, I have my work meeting with clints on the same day when party held as well as after two days, I have my cousin marriage party to attend.

Moreover, I plain to visit him in March after his birthday because that time he is free from his study as well as I also have some work holidays so, I want to come at that time and like to spend some time with you and him. I also like to like different places in Australia to get new experience.

I wish him many returns of the day. I am looking forward for your prompt response.
