IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The parents of your Australian friend Chris have invited you to a surprise birthday party for him/her. Write a letter to Chris's parents. In your letter:

• say why you think Chris will enjoy the surprise party
• explain why you won't be able to attend the party
• give details of a plan to see Chris at a different time

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the purchase that I made online from the store.

Last weekend on Sunday evening, I bought a newly launch Lenovo Laptop from best Buy website. That laptop attracts me becauase in online description it was mentioned that it has a touchscreen that will make it more effective, and have good quality Camera that can capture 360 degree angle on video calls.

Unfortunately, after waiting for four days, today I received it and I must say, It is not worth the wait and the money I spent on it because its screen is not working properly either it was not even touchscreen. Moreover, on camera lens there was a a little crack and I checked it was not even capturing 360 degree angel which dissapoints me the most.

I kindly request to the company to refund the payment. I have attatched the videos in which one can clearly see both the issues that I found in the laptop. And please assist me on the return process as I do not want to keep this laptop.
