The parents of your Australian friend Chris have invited you to a surprise birthday party for him/her. Write a letter to Chris's parents. In your letter:

• say why you think Chris will enjoy the surprise party
• explain why you won't be able to attend the party
• give details of a plan to see Chris at a different time

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear uncle/Aunty,

I hope you are doing well. I am delighted to hear that you are planning a surprise birthday party for Chris. I am sure that he will love the birthday party.

You told me that you are making arrangements at hotel in northern areas. I think this is a great idea because, Chriss really appreciate the cold whether and scenic views. Furthermore, u shared that you ordered chocolate cake for him it is the best choice.

I am sorry but I could not attend the party as I am leaving for vacations with my family on coming Thursday. I made promise with my younger sister that we will spend vacations together so it's not possible for me to accept your invitation. but I promise you that I will visit your home soon to meet Chriss and greet him wishes next month. I know you all love me so much but I can't break my promise.
