The parents of your Australian friend Chris have invited you to a surprise birthday party for him/her. Write a letter to Chris's parents. In your letter:

• say why you think Chris will enjoy the surprise party
• explain why you won't be able to attend the party
• give details of a plan to see Chris at a different time

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr and Mrs Collins,

I hope that all of you are doing well. I am writing this letter to tell you about Chris that he would like to find on the occasion of his birthday party. He loves to interact with new people moreover he will get the gifts from his loved ones which will make him happy.

I know you wanted me there but I won't be able to come due to ongoing exams. I know you will understand the circumstances I am going through because last week my parents were not doing well and I didn't get time to study. So, for this week I need to prepare for my exams.

After the completion of my exams, I will meet Chris at your place during the student success week as I will have plenty of time to spend with him and as a compensation we will go to wonderland.
