Day by day people are becoming more aware about of living healthy life. To do so, hiring individual gym guide becomes more popular rather doing recreational activities or joining gym batches in many nations. There are various causes of this tendency which we will see in the following paragraph.

To begin with, having a personal guide to keep one’s body fit, make that person more disciplined in doing daily workouts. They can be stick to their daily routine without skipping any day. In addition, a fitness trainer will have more knowledge about the correct exercise to follow and healthy diet to be on to reach the particular goal in less time. Which surely be helpful to those who want to see the drastic change in their body weights. For example, Actors always recruit a gym trainer if they needs to gain or loose weight for their upcoming movie.

On the contrary, not every one can afford a trainer to keep their body fit as it is not a pocket friendly. In spite of following trend & fear of being missed out, many youngsters majorly teenagers pays for a premium plans in which instructor guides them personally. That burdens their parents and affects middle class budget management.

Moreover, if people go in community parks to play sports, they can build up connection in their area. This social engagement supports to network with many professional which might help to get a good opportunity in one’s carrier. Not only this, they will get to know of their neighbourhood more closely which encourage to keep their community safe. For instance, people in small villages has more sense of unity in them than the living beings of metropolitan cities .

In conclusion, there are few reasons helps one to have the personal trainer but I firmly believe that it is impacting negativity in society as it is costly.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for hiring personal trainers and the evaluation of whether this is a positive or negative development. The ideas are relevant, such as the discipline provided by trainers and the social benefits of community sports. However, the development is somewhat uneven. The discussion on the negative aspects is a bit brief, and the conclusion could be more robust in summarising the arguments. While the position is clear, the supporting examples, such as the mention of actors, are a bit generic. To reach a higher band, ensure that the evaluation of the trend is balanced with more detailed reasoning.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To begin with', 'In addition', and 'On the contrary', which help guide the reader through the argument. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and there are instances where the flow between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of personal trainers and the benefits of community sports is abrupt. The use of referencing is generally clear, but some sentences are slightly disjointed, which prevents the essay from achieving a higher score in this criterion.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express ideas clearly. There are some attempts at less common collocations, such as 'pocket friendly' and 'drastic change', though some word choices are slightly unnatural or imprecise, such as 'living beings of metropolitan cities' or 'carrier' instead of 'career'. Spelling is mostly accurate, but there are minor errors like 'loose' instead of 'lose'. To improve, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring collocations are used in their standard form to enhance the sophistication of the writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('actors... if they needs', 'people... has'), missing articles ('in community parks'), and awkward phrasing ('Which surely be helpful'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are some errors with spacing and comma usage. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and article usage, and try to incorporate more varied complex structures with greater accuracy.
