Student answer (Band 5.5)

The fitness trainers are taking a lot of opportunities through thousands of people as a personal trainer in number of countries. Among this, playing outdoor games like hockey ,jemenastic and so on as well as doing exercise classes. thus, i will explain the reason of this issue but i will elaborate the merits and demerits impact in further paragraph.

first of all, i am concerning about reason of this conversation is shortage of time in this busy life. although, people are growing in their era day by day to achieve success for thier future but they can not give time to their body and eat outside fast foods from local stores by drive throgh so, being to see thier routine they have hire their personal trainner to maintain their body. it can be change their lifes style.

second part is positive impact , in modren world people have a lot of money to invest on yourself because of this they are hiring the fitness freaks to maintain their body and schedule of per day . for example, last year i was working alot but did not have the time to fit my body and i had increased 15 kg weight then i had get the trainner to give six month package to him he expalin me about calaries , protine and other merenals thats good for our health . so , now i am fit and healthy.

third part is negative impact , some people have hire the cheapest trainers to watch online websites and they do not have the too much knowledge about fitness and they give advice of people to do something and say them to bay the wrong or duplicate products then it have bad impact to their body like, constipations, liver effect and kidney damaged and so on. for instances, my john uncle hired fitness freaks through social media and fitness guy told them through chat gbt but he did not know about my uncle body and he do not get any test of his body . that guy provided hard supplement for him so it got bad impact on my uncle body.

to conclude, fitness trainers are good for people but somes are give wrong knowledge

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, identifying reasons for hiring personal trainers and discussing both positive and negative aspects. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you provide personal examples, such as your experience with a trainer and your uncle's negative experience, the analysis lacks depth and academic tone. The introduction is quite confusing and does not clearly state your position, which makes the overall argument feel disjointed. To improve, ensure your introduction clearly outlines your stance and focus on developing your arguments with more sophisticated reasoning rather than just personal anecdotes.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the logical flow is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing and a lack of effective cohesive devices. Transitions between ideas are often mechanical or missing, such as the abrupt start to the second and third paragraphs. The referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of your argument. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that connects back to the main prompt.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. There are several instances of word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'fitness freaks' (which is informal and potentially offensive in this context), 'get the trainner', and 'merenals'. Spelling errors are frequent (e.g., 'jemenastic', 'thier', 'trainner', 'calaries', 'protine'). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary, the lack of precision and the high frequency of spelling mistakes hinder the clarity of your message. You should focus on learning the correct spelling of common words and expanding your range of academic vocabulary to express ideas more precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('fitness trainers are... somes are give'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack proper punctuation, which makes them difficult to parse. While there is an attempt at complex sentence structures, these are often faulty and contain errors that can cause difficulty for the reader. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring subject-verb agreement, and using correct verb tenses consistently. Proofreading for basic punctuation and capitalization errors would also significantly improve the readability of your work.
