Student answer (Band 7.0)
Undeniably, it is true that if health is gone than everything will be gone. Recent years are witnessed that numerous people have become health conscious, and a personal fitness trainers are being haired as they have depth knowledge regarding human anatomy instead of doing physical work such as playing sports or taking exercise lessons. This trend has both merits and demerits which will be elaborated in upcoming paragraphs.
On the positive side, there are some substantial cons of hiring personal trainers, as they have studied and passed there certification in the anatomy; therefore, they know which specific muscles and exercises should be done so people could get physical fitness. Moreover, often individuals feel not to do exercises by themselves due to tiredness, and they tend to become couch potato, whereas appointing trainer who supervise and encourage people to develop an exercise habit or routine in their daily lives.
On the negative side, there are distinct drawbacks regarding not getting involved in sport activities or taking physical classes. Firstly, hiring personal couch of the healthy body often charged tremendous amount of money, resulting it might create financial burden. However, playing outdoor games not only an alternative option for getting free physical health, but also it offers mental well being as well. For instance, Virat Kohli a renown Indian cricketer has developed his fitness by playing outdoor cricket since he was child and still doing exercise by own without hiring any trainer. Furthermore, there are a number of exercises and yoga lessons available on online that people could learn at their own comfortable place such as home, resulting they do not need to go gym or canter where usually trainer takes exercise sessions.
In conclusion, although appointing trainer for physical fitness would help people to get fitness in specific timeline by working on targeted muscles, playing outdoor sport of taking classes online would be an option if persons' do need financial burden and want to learn anywhere according to his comfort.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, identifying reasons for the trend and discussing whether it is a positive or negative development. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While the benefits of personal trainers are touched upon, the explanation of why people choose them over sports could be more deeply explored. The example of Virat Kohli is relevant but slightly tangential to the core argument about why people hire trainers. To reach a higher band, ensure that the reasons for the trend (e.g., busy lifestyles, desire for personalized results) are more explicitly linked to the choice of a trainer versus other forms of exercise.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the positive and negative aspects. Cohesive devices are present, such as 'Moreover', 'Firstly', and 'In conclusion', though some transitions feel slightly mechanical or forced. The referencing is generally clear, although there are occasional lapses in flow, such as the transition between the benefits of trainers and the drawbacks of the cost. Overall, the progression of ideas is easy to follow, and the structure supports the central argument effectively.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task, with some attempts at topic-specific language like 'human anatomy', 'physical fitness', and 'financial burden'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'a personal fitness trainers are being haired' (hired), 'personal couch' (coach), and 'canter' (center). These errors occasionally distract the reader but do not impede overall communication. To improve, focus on mastering common collocations and ensuring accurate spelling of key terms related to the topic.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While there is an attempt at complex grammar, there are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'a personal fitness trainers are'), article usage, and sentence construction (e.g., 'if health is gone than everything will be gone'). Some sentences are fragmented or grammatically awkward, such as 'resulting it might create financial burden'. Despite these errors, the meaning remains clear throughout the essay. Increasing the frequency of error-free sentences and refining the use of articles and prepositions would significantly improve the score.
