A good health is a key to live long and happy life. In many countries it becomes a trend to get lessons from personal fitness coach instead of indulging theirselves in some other sort of physical activities. I will discuss the possible measures behind this trend in upcoming paragraphs.
In today's era, young adults are attracted by fitness trainers or influencers who regularly upload their videos on their social-media platforms and this is a positive approach. Many individuals get bored from the group exercise classes and every exercise is not suitable for each class members. A personal coach, consider each and everything of their client including body-mass ratio, weight, strength and reccommend suitable exercises. Hiring a personal trainer gives individual a freedom to choose a flexible time from their hectic schedules. Personal trainer give your motivation by interacting individually instead of communicating with group of people.
Moreover, having a personel coach reduce the risk of injury, because every exercise is being done under a professional eye. Proponents of this trends also states that receiving a regular feedback from a profesional person keep them motivated and help them to achieve their goal. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the trend and an opinion on whether it is positive or negative. However, the essay is significantly under the 250-word minimum, which limits the depth of development. While the reasons (customization, flexibility, motivation) are relevant, they are not fully extended with specific examples or detailed analysis. The position is stated, but the lack of length prevents a comprehensive exploration of the topic. To improve, you must expand on your points with concrete examples and ensure you meet the word count requirement to allow for full task development.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is a basic logical progression. You use some cohesive devices like 'In today's era', 'Moreover', and 'However'. However, the flow is sometimes mechanical, and the transition between ideas could be smoother. The referencing is generally clear, but the paragraphing is somewhat underdeveloped due to the short length of the text. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of cohesive devices and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, well-developed central theme that links logically to the next.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks range and precision. You use some relevant terms like 'body-mass ratio' and 'hectic schedules', but there are several spelling errors ('reccommend', 'personel', 'profesional') and minor collocation issues ('indulging theirselves'). The range is somewhat limited, relying on fairly common words. To improve, focus on accurate spelling and incorporating more sophisticated, topic-specific vocabulary to demonstrate a wider lexical range. Avoid repetitive phrasing and ensure that word choices are precise and contextually appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You have several grammatical errors, such as 'A good health is a key to live long', 'Personal trainer give your motivation', and 'Proponents of this trends also states'. These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable, though they do not completely impede communication. To improve, pay closer attention to subject-verb agreement, article usage, and pluralization. Increasing the variety of complex sentence structures while ensuring they are error-free will help you achieve a higher band score.
